The Mastercool 70029 Midi Tube Cutter is a reduced friction tube cutter that incorporates ball bearings in the cutter wheel, tube rollers, and a control grip. With reduced friction in these areas, this tool rolls fast and easy as it slices through the tube, saving time and reducing fatigue.
